Nothing that has prevented me from using the programs together - just oddness.

There's something not quite right about the ASIO drivers and Sonar but I'll let you come to that conclusion yourself. People have probably just stuck with their pre-Apple versions. Logic fell out of favor when they dropped the Wintel support. A lot of the gringos use it (or at least have access to it) which is evident on PlanetZ as well but it's not as highly regarded (I don't think) as the Steinberg products. Roland SH-101 Overhauled Complete Product with AC adapter Pro Audio Equipment Creamware Minimax Klangbox ASB 12 Voice Poly Minimoog emulation Synth.

Sonar sort of crept up the back staircase over there. I suspect it might be because both Cubase/Nuendo and Logic were both German-developed products? And I suppose if you're looking for VST/ASIO reference tools, where else would you go? You'd be foolish not to use those programs as tools. Firmware Source File shows the Update-File you have chosen.

I could be wrong about this but Creamware sure seemed to use those programs as models (or source applications) when designing Scope & Pulsar. Firmware Update This feature enables you to equip your MINIMAX ASB with the latest software. It's funny you mention Cubase and Logic - again you are correct sir. Actually read through it all at least once. You're right about the printed doc's - it's all electronic and you should do yourself a favor and print the entire thing out and keep it handy (I'm not big on e-docs but that's just me). But that doesn't change how I feel about the quality of help over there. It's a pretty cool community (although I get a little annoyed at times with some of the anti-American sentiments that spew forth on their coffee-house forum). I've gotten tons of help there myself in the past. PlanetZ is specific to Scope and all things Creamware and they are pretty smart cats over there and are willing to help. If you don't know about it, search for and read the ridiculously glowing Sound on Sound review.Includes power adapter (not pictured). This is a fantastic 12 voice Prophet 5 emulation. You might as well resign yourself to the fact that you've entered the pro-zone and you'll have to start thinking like a pro. Creamware's stuff is legendary (and rare). It's a pro-sumer product and yes, it's not a good fit for your average desktop PC. This isn't what I would call consumer type product. My only piece of advice is to have a litt e patience with it.

Welcome oh new Creamware owner/user! I don't know what kind of homework you did prior to your purchase, but there is definitely a learning curve associated with Scope.
